A2. Pendlay Row x 10; Rest 30 Seconds
A3. Good Morning x 5; Rest 2 Minutes
B. Tail Pipe – 3 rounds

Article -> Movement Improvement. There are certain movements that I really notice this on, butterfly pull-ups wasn’t one… until now. Where do you notice that you do this? Hmmm?

  1. I read today’s article. I like to use my cranium as the counter weight as i throw the barbell forward when I perform snatches.

    • Lots of good nuggets in there.

      I like how he talks about off season training and the refinement of movement. It’s hard to put that into practice with “workouts” since there isn’t really an on or off season unless you are into competing. It makes me think more about programming and how to create those environments within a week (or twos) program. Hmmmmm…

      And yes! Also, Happy Birthday Shawn!
