Article -> Keep Learning I love the conversations I get to have with peeps in the gymnasium. It’s interesting to ask questions, observe and then ask more questions. What do your actions say about you? Do they match up with what you say? The article talks about solidifying your why. You’ll spend time and energy doing the things that are important to you. If the gym is just social or so you can have dessert a couple (five) times a week then own it. If you truly wish to improve or develop a skill decide what you are willing to give up for it first. For instance, I want to start running again. To accomplish this I need to wake up earlier and sacrifice some sleep. I also need to fix some mobility issues or endure some pain for a little while. So far sleep is winning… IMG_7106
