A1.  Back Squat 5 Sets X 5 Reps; Rest 30 Seconds

A2.  Box Step Up X 8 Reps Each Leg; Rest 30 Seconds

A3.  DU’s X 1 Min; Rest 3 Min

I don’t have an article but I do have a question.  Would you rather fight 1 duck the size of Joe Ligocki or 100 Joe Ligocki’s the size of a duck?  Hmmmm.

  1. I would fight the duck the size of Ligocki cause he may be fast but he has vulnerability. I would study my opponent, you know get to know my enemy such as the great samurai. Then I would sneak up behind him pluck out each feather one by one hold his still beating heart in my hand and celebrate by eating his liver with the tortilla and a nice Chianti!

  2. What kind of duck? A dipper? Dover? Mud hen? Mallard? Gadwall? Teal? Bufflehead? Redhead? This shit makes a difference. I cannot answer your question until you answer mine.

  3. Hahahaah could you imagine 100 mini Joes?!! They all roll up with little shorts and a 5 o’clock shadow carrying mini bats, little knives and a couple cases of beer. Hahaha I would drop kick mini Joes all day long!!
