A. Deficit Deadlift 4 x 2; Rest 3 Minutes
B1. Pallof Press 3 x 10; Right Into
B2. Barbell Step Ups x 8 each leg – Make sure your hip is above your knee. Put the barbell across your back; Right into
B3. Suitcase Carry x 25m Right, then 25m Back; Rest 1 Minute
C. 6 Minute Abs in 5 Minutes
