A.  In 20 Mins Build To Heavyish 1 Rep Clean

B.  Take 70% of “A” and for EMOM for 10 Mins Perform 3 Cleans

C.  Mile Relay- Partner up, one person runs a 400m whilst thy other partner rests.  After that rabbit comes back, you go for a total of 1600m.  Make sense?
