A1.  Weighted Pull Up 4 Sets X 3 reps; Rest 30 seconds – Make sure your chin gets over the bar, feel your shoulder blades pulled together and down.  It doesn’t matter how much weight you do if you’re doing it wrong.  Besides, everyone sees the shit show you’re providing.  Don’t be that guy.

A2.  HSPU AMRAP -1 or Handstand Hold for 20 seconds or 1 Wall-walk; Rest 2 mins – All this is is a plank, keep all the cues we talk about in mind, do it right.  If you’re wall-walking, don’t slide down the wall.  It wrecks my beautiful gymnasium wall :)

B. 15 Mins of Work

Run to the park jungle gymnasium, do either  7 kipping pull ups or 7 push ups, run back inside the DTP gym and do 10 KB swings + 20 DU’s.
