Bench Press X 10 Reps – Make it as heavy as you can

Band Rows X 10 Reps – Abs tight, finish the row

KB Walking Lunges X 20 Reps (10 Each Leg) – KB’s at front rack position

Run 400m Be tall, work on taking deep breaths

Rest 3 Mins Between Efforts
